Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your sites stay published until the end of the billing period, then revert to the Free tier (or pause if you have more than one site).
Do I need a Google Business profile?
Yes — that's where Pinra pulls reviews, photos, and hours from. If you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through claiming yours.
Can I use my own domain?
On the Pro plan, yes. Point any domain you own at Pinra and we'll handle SSL automatically.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons stack on top of Pro. Subscribe to AI Concierge for $20 CAD/mo to add a 24/7 chat widget that answers customer questions from your business knowledge. You can add or remove add-ons anytime from the billing portal.
How accurate is the AI?
Very — but it's not infallible. Every section is editable in plain English, and you can always rewrite copy yourself.
